Post-Incubation: Growing Beyond the Workshop

During incubation, makers work in high-security workshops with casting machines, CAD/CAM stations, 3D printers and laser welders, supported by master artisans and quality control. Every incubatee is paired with an experienced master artisan who guides technique, production planning and quality control. Incubatees and alumni can book casting, CAD/CAM, 3D printing and laser welding equipment after completing an induction.

Apply for the 2027 Pre-Incubation Intake!

Pre-incubation runs for six months and covers a GrowthWheel feasibility assessment, technical skills diagnostics, statutory registration, CAD training and a full business plan. Artisans, jewellery designers and SMMEs working with platinum group or precious metals are encouraged to apply before the deadline.
